I'd be very worried of it pulling out the wall or bending with a static load applied.
the idea above with a gallow bracket is good but needs modification to suit.
flip it over so the gallow is above the jib then use the hooks underneath it to hold wheels and frames.
still isn't ideal, but it's more likely to take the load.

AC hoisting winch upstairs attached to a beam that slides out the door on old skateboard or roller blade bearings. Collapsable attached folding ladder and trap door to get into the attic and a rope with carabiner that clips across the open door when I have to reach out the door.
