My special recipe Delhi Chicken Curry.

Not really hot, made with loads of fresh Ginger, goes well with Spiced Mango Rice.

Or home made, slow cooked Beef Madras

i work 2 days then 2 nights in my job then 4 days off but on the last night shift we get a curry delivered to work, usually about 20 spread across the site! it's a petro-chemical plant and no-one is watching anything they should be while they have a curry infront of them!!!
