No, not quite. OMGILI is just a search engine based website which delivers it's results from internet forums.

It only really works with unique or uncommonly used words like 'legrandefromage', 'tuubz' or 'drystonepaul' for example.

'marin man' just brings up results with marines and man in the thread.
It doesn't appear to be very sophisticated.
