What's the best method of reviving a titanium frame finish?

Hello Chaps,

I just acquired a Litespeed Titanium Frame and its a bit tired looking.. is there anything I can do to make it look healthy again?

here's my formerly 'tired' looking ti stem, and the miracle cure.

Lemon juice and scotchbright/ green scourers.

Merlin recommend Scotchbrite.

But that finish on the stem looks amazing! How long did it take?

Scotchbrite, or a wire brush, even a brillo pad, or getting it shot peened at your local powdercoaters?

Mixed finishes in the above posts. If it's a natural or bead blasted finish scotch brite pads will work. If the part was originally a polished finish more like chrome in appearance and is very bad then use Mother's polish with "0000" steel wool and then finish with the Nevrdull. If it's just a tad dull and not heavily oxidized you can get by with the Nevrdull alone.

Use the beads..

I prefer bead blasting as its less aggressive, then several theraputic hours with the autosol,nice.
