I have to agree with fmj

green you posted this as a dig rather than humerous..although having seen most of yours and silverclaws posts I doubt there is a humerous bone between you two

you both over the last few months have taken the fun that used to be in this off topic section and turned it into your own personal whinge and mental health forum to a point the amount of people using the forum is less

some users do have mental health issues and fight thier way through this and find some light humour and relief in this hobby of ours only for you and silver to drag them back down with your inane memememe doom and gloom vitriol

it is not a reaction to this one thread but the damage over months you two self imposed declarers of paranoia, anti state and general ffin nut jobbism thats has got right on mine and many others tits

There are plenty of forums for people like you two so why don't you just piss off and let the fun come back into the forum as it once was.

edit...apologies if I offend anyone other than greenstiles and silverclaws..but be honest...it needed to be said

sylus, i'm not sure what lots of people doing air guitar has got to do with mental health, but as you have been so honest.

As for you comments about me and another forum member, i can only say this,

The are many many people on this forum, i've counted about 4 who have recently beenopenly been rude and agressive towards me.

On the other hand i have had pm's off other members offering their support and wondering why a few of you (and only a few of you) keep trying to cause trouble with me.

So from my point of view some people agree with me and some people don't and the rest of the people that read the threads are proberbly wondering what the hell is going on.

I'm going to contact Jon and ask his advice on this now, as I think your comments are a bit harsh.

I accept you will see them as harsh but please do not refuse they are correct..your pissin people off..being truthfull aint harsh..it's being truthfull

you have little or no input in anything bike related and seem to have leached onto this forum for your doom and gloom..as a bike forum..you offer nothing other than negatives

you of course have a right to contact John

Well said and true. I like the 'no input in anything bike related' comment best.
At least 2 users have forgotten this is a cycling forum first. And it the same 'usual suspects'

Please everybody feel free to click on my name and start at page 152 and work backwards.....i got bored by page 100, but of those pages 99% are all bike related. And my feedback http://www.retrobike.co.uk/forum/viewto ... reenstiles

Yes my most recent posts are mostly in general off topic, it's where people come to talk about non bike related things. Would love to be putting more into bike pages but bit skint so not been buying or selling, building much. Have started to offer mechanical advice recently as i was a good mechanic, so some would say.

I have pm'd the boss for his wisdom.

i think the title of this thread is perceived in a negative way.
referring to anything as "sad" is generally a negative term.
but there is a pattern emerging where certain members are using this forum as a personal moan.
lifes too short.
my motto is, if there isn't anything good to say, don't say anything.

i've just taken delivery of a nice air piano. :D
