Whats in your trail kit?

In my Camelbak Rogue I have:

2 litres of water
1 x Torq banofee gel
Sony Ericsson Experia X10
SKS CO2 pump + 2 spare cartridges
Topeak road pump
Pedros multi tool
Shimano 10 - 8 speed chain tool
Spare tube - either road or MTB depending on which bike I am riding
2 x Pedros tyre levers
Park pre-glued patches
10, 9 & 8 speed speedlinks
A length of insulation tape
2 x Park tyre boots
6 assorted zip ties
An emergency whistle

First choose my steed for the day.
Second check it over to determine what kind of bolts etc its fitted with.
Then build tool kit.

Ideally my bike will be entirely Alan bolts so multitool with selection of Alan keys. Chain tool built in is always good.

At least one inner tube spare plus patches.

Spare brake blocks.

Tyre irons

Pump

Thats usually it though a 15/14mm spanner sometimes goes to if I'm running bolted on wheels. Also sometimes a headset spanner if my confidence in a threaded headset is low

1 x large water bottle or 2 x medium and confectionary and bananas :D

I don't want to ask where Tintin puts that lot! he doesn't even have enough room for a jacket!

Me - got it down to the following.

*phone
*emergency £1 coin
*2 tyre levers
*puncture patches
*world's smallest multi tool
*world's smallest and most useless pump (15mins to get to 120psi - including a 5min break from RSI)
*Tube (if a longer ride)
*Retrobike Gilet.

Am I the only one that carries a headset spanner - (edit, no velo does too)?

Headset spanner (if not using aheadset)
Tyre Levers/bottle opener/15mm spanner combo
chain splitter
Innertube
Metric multitool
3/32 allen Key
Leatherman (pilers knife etc)
Leech patches
Pump
Small nut and bolt washer selection
Cable ties
Electrical tape
First aid kit
Chainring bolt tool

Depending where I am going I add in ...
Mini Socket set (8,9,10 and rachet)
Spare Tyre
Spare Chain
Survival Bag
Rear Skewer and Large Washers
Bigger First aid kit

And yes the headdset spanner has been used on one occasion... by Kaiser :)

Gobsmacked by how much some of you are carting around. Surely most of it's superfluous to requirements....
