Knowing Amazon, they could have used a box that size for a micro SD card. However, presuming it's something related to cycling, I'm going to suggest a repair stand.

This little box contained a pair of mudguards....................How on earth they wouldnt fit in a box much smaller is beyond me

I had a tiny o-ring loose in an A3 padded envelope once (thought it was empty at first), but that beats it hands down.
