Whatever happend to this person ?

Being nosy, and slightly obsessed with the history of cycling in the UK I wondered if we could have a thread to find out what happened to notable riders. Would like to find out first, where is Steve Lawrence these days ? Still riding/racing ? In my youth he was a terrific rider, national road race champion a couple of times and not often mentioned any more.

I always wondered what happened to my favourite rider.......Phil Bayton.

BITD (1970's) quite a few migrated into the biket trade in some way or another.
