What to do ?

Hi guys, I thought I would share this as I`ve never come across it before on here................I paid for an item by paypal gift on 1st July 2010 ( 11 days ago ), I sent the money to the member but have not received the goods nor have I received any communication as to reasons why.

Has anyone had this problem on here before ? what do I do ?

Sorry to patronise but have you sent a polite PM reminder? If you have and they have been read then I would give it a few more days. Things can happen to cause delays, frustrating but if it is a one off then it's acceptable.

My problems come more with people saying they'll take stuff then taking 2-3 days to reply to PMs to then say they haven't got the money to buy it!

we are generally a trusting ot aren't we! we are all guilty of sending money on a gents agreement, usually there is always a good reason/excuse and it sorts itself out but occaisionally there have been bad apples here and there.

the most you can do is chase up (politely) the person via pm, check your outbox, if then your message is listed there then they haven't opened it, if it is in your sent box then they have read it and ignored it, if that is the case and they have ignored several times then that is bad form. at that point it is worth contacting john to see if he has any email details for this person if they haven't isted them on their profile.
