what to do with a Paul Donohue columbus slx

ovi

Dirt Disciple
I have a Paul Donohue SLX frame with Dura Ace 7400 groupset and wheels and it is currently in bits and the frame is getting resprayed and hopefully I can source the original style stickers for it.
I'm going to sell everything and donate all the proceeds to Macmillan cancer support. So my question is will I be better off selling it built up or all separately.
Is £200 a fair price for this bike built up?
This is how it did look

Re: what to do with a columbus slx

I would have thought a respray alone would cost the best part of 200 quid?

Re:

If it's a decent frame refurb and all the parts clean up well I'd sell it as a complete bike for a charity auction - 99p no reserve and let it go. If the bike has a back story to it then include it in the listing. It will make more than £200 with some really good pictures and a detailed description. Good luck.

Re:

Re Ive done a lot of spraying before so I'm doing it myself and hopefully to a decent standard lol.

I've give £200 for it without a respray! :D

Me too, and it looks my size! 8)

Seriously, I don't need one, but it is very cheap nonetheless

Its hard to tell from one pic but it looks ok without a respray, you might actually devalue if its not a top respray. If you want to 'max' it out for charity I'd take LDPs advice. Stick it on Ebay with a 99p start but get a bike box and offer to post. Halfords are normally happy to give boxes away, post should be about £20. You can never be sure but it should pass £300 and maybe push £400.
