What size is this Kona?

Hello all, been offered this for my mates GF, yeah I do all his bike hunting for him.

What size do people reckon this is? I am now wondering if it will be too big!

I know it measures 16" c to c, these had quite long top tubes didn't they? The girl it is for is about 5' 7" I reckon, so was thinking 17" frame ideally.

ok, may still be a goer then. I am 5'10" and found my 1992 Explosif 20" too big. What do we reckon then for a girl about 5'7"? Ok, or a bit large?
