Keep it as is.
Condition is lovely as it is,no need to paint it just yet.And as you say replacing the decals would be hard and it costs.Why spend if you dont have to :?

Will build it as it is, should have mentioned in the original post it looks better in the pics than it does in the flesh, top tube is particularly rough.

TBH though i enjoy painting frames, probably have the paint there, will leave it for now though, maybe paint it eventually.
