What Model Carrera? Girvin Flexstem

On my local FB page, I’m intrigued….? But what model or year is this? No other photos given or available.

Carrera Quattro E stay 1990/1 came with black XT from memory. I have a non standard one, I like it. They did a normal frame version too with a very nice smoke finish.

Carrera quattro comp, full xt groupset as standard, flex stem, etc etc, was a rebranded saracen frame, not many left in original condition as most are stripped for the xt components

They were great bikes to be fair to them, it was made by Saracen for Halfords Carrera brand but didn't share the same frame as the same model year Saracen offering.

The flexstem is an after market upgrade.
