what kind of frame?

once again I am asking for help. Does anyone know what the frame is. is quite unusual:
1. pivot axis of the rear shock is centered.
2. rear wheel hooks: ritchey.
3. Two steel cables limiting the operating range of the rear shock absorber !!!.
4. the main frame tubes are externally pressed (lengthwise).
Does anyone have an idea what the frame is?
