Yes, that is ringworm. You've got the wrong end of the stick; we said you were a fun guy.

It's not serious, but it does need treatment and it's contagious.

I didn't think it was pronounced enough to be ringworm, thought it's normally much redder and angry looking.

My first thought was an alien bar-code so they know you have already been abducted and experimented on.
