What is this bike please?

Nothing on this frame really sticks out as far as the lug treatment but the cable routing points to early 90s. I assume it is English thread but if not then that is a huge clue. The bottom bracket is very basic indicating a mid range build, which is further confirmed by the 105 group.

Sadly most of these mystery frames never get a proper ID.
