I understand Rocky never took it into production.
 
That's the Bill B frame - I wonder why they have it as the 2010 Flatline. (can't imagine it would take the big drops without big problems)

That is a gorgeous piece of metal though. I wonder how many frames were never put into production, like this one, with so much character.
 
iirc it was never suppose to go into production. Just a past time.
and the 'lugs' also iirc are not lugs at all but delicate 'welding'.

I have the other place it was shown (canada somthing or other some years back in my attachments from another thread. I'll see if I can find them)
