What is it & how much?

Hi all,

I hope this is in the correct forum. We have had this bike in one of our farm sheds for donkeys years. No one really knows how long. Its a sunbeam but that's all i know. If anyone could shed some information it and tell us whether its worth anything that would be much appreciated. The link below leads you to 3 pictures.

It's a pre-war Sunbeam Golden Light Roadster, like the one in this 1934 catalogue:

You may find a date code on the rear hub.

It's a very desirable bike, apparently original and unrestored. I can't suggest what it's worth, but someone will cherish it.

I'm surprised it didin't fetch a bit more, but that's eBay. Yours is obviously a lot scruffier, but it's also a little bit older, and a more interesting model with nicer parts (Brooks saddle, Resilion brakes).
