What is bleeding up with 2Bliss tyres from Specialized?

Getting beyond the horrible pun and massacre of the English language of '2Bliss' tyres from Specialised, has anyone else had a problem of extremely 'sweaty' sidewalls. There was talk of it on Singletrack a while back, but my problems are recent. They bleed. A lot. OK, some of my tyres have been on, then off, then cleaned and back on again. I can see that cleaning might disturb the butyl layer. And that's what I thought it was....but then put on a new Butcher 2Bliss and it sweats sealant like it is in cardiac arrest. No Schwalbe tyres I have do this. Anyone have similar problems? More importantly....does anyone have any solutions?

I've stopped it by scrubbing the inside.
The sealant then seals the sidewalls, rather than just splashing on. And sweating through.
