A bit of drunken ebay chicken ended with these turning up today...

They are apparently chorus and seem to be rare, by all accounts.....just wondering if anyone has experience of them?

Thanks!

Look like chorus as the triumpe model had circular cut outs, Not sherrif's star as the holes are too small (which is why the sherrif's star were taken off the market)....

Nice find

Shaun

Looks good then?

I thought they were sheriff stars.....in my drunken haze!

They seem to be quite rare though, as there aren't many references to them on the interweb.........

Anyone else got any info?

Hi Sted :-) If that's a 6 speed screw on block then Chorus would be hard to accept IMHO. Pretty sure you are 8speed upwards and lockring territory for Chorus Hubs. That LY91 block is a clue to age :-)

I've got 3 sets of Chorus hubs, 1 being the very rare Off Road version, but they aren't remotely like these. C Record perhaps judging by the flanges, but again that 6speed old block makes these most likely 80's at best not 90's onwards.

Campy also did LF / MF / SM in certain ranges. Perhaps these are the rarer MF (medium flange) version of something ?

Post a shot of how the hubs look looking down on them so I can see the whole hub aeriel view L>R and I'll ID them for you. Are they worded Campagnolo OR crest / badge ? 28 hole aren't they ?

Later buddy, yours Laz.

I saw those, but they don't look quite the same..... Close though!
See what laz reckons..... He seems to know his stuff :0)
