I saw that and, I'm waiting to hear back about shipping to the US.
I as under the impression that icycle still had the super deluxe but I finally clicked buy on the link I was looking at and saw they were out. They had them previously for $45USD.

For ~$24 USD shipped I bought a "coupe deluxe" which is completely wrong but hopefully I can make something useful out of it. (it is too short eye to eye but i don't see why I couldn't shim between the spring and the trunion or add another collar or something (or use it for parts...))

Are these shocks pressurized?

I'm still wavering on that to do about the fork. Someone local took a look at it and thought that if I could fix the air valve (i'm thinking silicone RTV or something) seals would be 20usd. He thought the internals are likely ok. Still, I'm left with a ancient fork I still won't be able to get parts for.

Theres a coupe deluxe here NOS
If it's something you need, Icycle.com has them on clearance for $24US -30% +S&H with two different spring rates. They also have a couple on ebay for even less.

Are you remembering that rear shocks will be measured eyelet to eyelet....

I just figured out that the trunion screws up and down so the extra few mm would be no issue at all... but icycle doesn't have the shock anymore. :(

Updates:

fork:
I elected to fix the Judy SL air for now (which turns out to be from ~2001). I drove in new seals and replaced the air valve with one scavenged from a $5 basketball. They hold air and oil and I haven't managed to pop the seals out despite my best efforts. I replaced the 10w oil with 15w (fat american, what can I say?). I All is well except that I left the lower legs sitting in brake cleaner for too long and the clear coat peeled off the bottom. I just need to find a rebound knob for it. Anybody?

Shock:
The super deluxe is back in the bike for now; it seems to be working. I also just got a NOS coupe deluxe from icycle and it turns out that under the trunion there is actually a separate preload collar so you can back the trunion out to set the length/ ride height just as you can on the super deluxe. The icycle people apparently don't realize that there is a preload collar under the trunion. Anyone with a lts or sts should snatch one of these as a spare while they are still available! (but FYI- there is only rebound but no compression damping)

It occurs to me that any shock of approximately the same proportions could be shoehorned into the sts/ lts if the trunion was the same size/ thread as the preload collar. What dimension should I look at to figure out if it will thread on?
