What happened to the Syncros guys ad yesterday?

I was browsing the FS section, when an ad appears for Syncros stuff, Araya and Campag rims etc. The next thing, the ad has disappeared. I have had a PM from the guy showing some of his kit, which is highly desirable, but obviously I dont wish to deal with someone shady (apologies if youre reading this and youre not, buddy!)

What say you? Spam or legit?
