What forks does this brace fit...?

Brodie brace.

Was reliably informed when I bought it a few years back that it was for RS Mag-series forks.

Finally come to fit it however, and it doesn't fit any series of the Mag forks I have!!

• 4 bolt.
• Centres between legs = 113mm
• Centres between adjacent bolts / per leg = 33mm


Only other 4 bolt brace forks I have handy are a couple pairs different Pace, and some Manitous 3s...

Doesn't fit any!

Anyone able to shed any light? Spacing is much wider than anything I have at 33mm...

Marzocchi maybe?

It could be for a manitou 1 or 2, as I think these have different bolt spacing to the threes and fours.

Have you tried it on a Judy? I seem to remember a few companies did upgrade braces bitd.

I've only got a pair of carbon Judy FSX jobbies - they are only single bolt per side. Not sure if that is the case for all Judy forks?

Early Manitou's sounds feasable - will PM Mr MC about it...

The design of it (easier if you blow the picture up, but well still not easy)

If the spacing is narrow between the bolt holes it's whatever is ticked at the top (which is Rock Shox, so MAG/Quadras), there will also be the missing extra support struts at the top of the arch,
if it's the wider one then it the bottom ticked part (which is Manitou).

If it's curved inwards slightly like the narrow one, but has the support struts then it's Paioli something or other.

Should add I believe the wider one is for Manitou's at least v1 and any that used he same width

I get 33 between bolt centres per leg, and 133 between legs...
