what does 10-10 super tensile mean tubing retro peugeot mtb

hi my mate was just given an old peugeot mtb peugeot its a 18 speed
24" wheels and it has a tubing sticker that says
10-10 tubes tubing super tensile
the bike has a canadian flag saying fabrique in canada
so what does the 10-10 tubing sticker mean is it a japaneese type tubing
i know its not anything really special but the bikes in really good nick

Checking on Google reveals that it is similar to Raleigh 18-28...

...in other words your basic HT Steel tubeset found on millions of cheap, heavy bikes the World over?
