i'm pretty slack on a short ride. keys and phone. if i'm with a particular mate i just take water. he has absolutely everything. really. he does

a decent ride sees me with the usual.
gerber multi tool,
a small ratchett allen key set ( y work tool - i deliver and assemble beds for a living)
2 tubes (i find thorns for fun)
pump
patches
money
phone
card with id in case of death
fluid
small container of optrex

all stored in an asda camelbak!
