What do you carry when riding?

Always in my Camelbak is:

tube
levers
pump
allen keys
Cool Tool
Zip Ties
Spare Magura pads
Small 'Trekking' First Aid kit
1 x triangular bandage
water (obviously!!)
cellphone/wallet

Bigger trips I carry survival bag/coat/map

None of the above has prevented 3 broken ribs this year though

Maybe you should strap your survival bag & coat onto your chest as apposed to your Camelback???

Super light in the summer

Bottle in cage
Tube
Patch kit
Scary small pump which I hope will work if I need it! (on-one I think)
Small square of material wrapped around tube and patch kit (to repair tyre sidewalls etc)
Couple of chain links
Finish line chain pup tool.
Phone
Keys

Most of the time - Camelback with...

Tube
Patch kit
Couple of chain links
Small square of material wrapped around tube and patch kit (to repair tyre sidewalls etc)
Good quality pump - Blackburn
Good quality Multitool - has chain tool and everything else I need except...
Funky spanner thing I need for the nicolai - lightened
Space blanket - tiny
First Aid Kit - tiny - never needed yet but ounce of protection blah blah blah
Super light wind proof top - will remove at height of summer or if I'm sure it's not needed
Phone
Keys
Couple of quid
GoBar or somesuch

I never take tyrelevers but I make sure I can remove all my tyres without them - Panaracer Tyres on Mavic rims are an easy off and I like them both.
