Ooo don't use pickle, the chunks get everywhere and the vinegar stings!

Picalilli is worse, at least it glows in the dark, so you know where you've been. There is always sandwich pickle - smaller chunks but still slightly abrasive.

Could try Pace RC7 grease, very similar and I have some!!

I've silkolene pro rg2 in various forks. Quite cheap from most motorbike shops i think. Its been age since i bought mine as the tub is huge

I've used that and it's very good. I've also used Finesse grease, which looks like the same stuff, but at the moment I'm using Weldtite.
