They are pretty similar (read, I can't see any difference) to '89 Euclid (mtb), which I have here. Euclid QR's were grey rubber coated though.

Assuming the skewers are original then they can't be Euclid (Euclid lever blades are rubber coated) nor could they be C-Record as the front hubs are very different then you are left with Chorus or CDA which, by all accounts, are identical.
