What Campag chainset is this?

I thought I was sure this was late ‘80s Athena or Chorus (is there a way to tell them apart?) but Velobase says maximum chainring sizes are 53 outer and 44 inner - and this one has 56/46. IMG_3194.webp

Someone has possibly added those rings in the past to maybe participate in Time Trials…🤔 then just kept them on the crank

Is it that simple? Nothing’s usually that simple with Campag
In the 80’s it was very simple as everything was 144 BCD from all the Campag chainsets I had which were record, super record, gran sport, Corsa record, & the Pista versions..

Chorus. Athena was a bit fatter especially at the pedal ends. I've got a 58T drilled Record chainring in my box, no idea where it came from!

This one is 135BCD which I think was the new ‘normal’ by then - just to make things not so simple again 😉
