What Campag chainset is this?

That crankset looks like a first generation chorus which eventually became Athena later on . The PCD of your cranks should be 135pcd . Pro riders would put on a 44 teeth inner ring for Paris-Roubaix ,it being a flatish course and the riders not wanting too much of a jump between big and little rings . A 46 teeth inner ring is a possibility and so is a 56 teeth outer so Velobase would be wrong . The bottom bracket spindle should be 111mm long with an iso taper . The Disraeli gears derailleur website has some Campagnolo catalogues from the relevant era that will enlighten you . The above post mentions 144 pcd record cranks , the testers used these with massive outer chainrings or just one big ring in the good old days .
