What brand are these toeclips.

Hi to you all out there. I have unearthed a pair of toe-clips with a rather unusual Motif/Logo on the web just below the keep/pull through for the strap.
I think that the design is a Four Leaf Clover. Does any one recognise them at all?.

Hi rooster I don't know either but its the same insignia that I investigated about some old spokes I acquired from a wheelset from France. At first I thought it was the Colnago stamp. Then I thought of Ciocc. The spokes had that exact stamp on the dimples,like a 4 leafclover made of hearts. I gave up after a few weeks of web trawling and asking on countless forums. Saw lots of tumbleweed though LOL
