What bike Is this? Hawk?

Hye, I Found a bike frame, then i was make it a complete bike, it extremely smooth and nice, but it lost all it decal only left the front decal show HAWK wording and some of areplane symbol

Hope member here may help me find the model and history even decal design so i may restore..
