what bike do i have

Hello all and thx for looking,New to the sport and picked this bike up really cheap for what all new it has on it.Has new schwinn seat,new orgin 8 levers on bars,new tires,and new tape.I just dont know any info about the bike i dont really like the color of it and was gonna restore the bike and paint it.Also the front rail says falcon on it and the back on says tech 500 it looks like.

Looks like steel rims and basic components, so I suspect that it's nothing special.

Braking will be really marginal in the wet, but you can have some fun on it none the less. Don't spend loads on it though.

The paint is going to cost nothing as my father-n-law paints for a living.Only thing that is going to cost will be the new derails on the bike but im prob just gonna get some sora's they dont cost alot.But i wanna know who made the bike cause i would like to buy a decal from the web and put on the bike.The serial to the bike is M111601 and says made in taiwan.
