My mother in law, she used to scare the dickens out of me when I was a child and still does.

I've known my husband since we were 3.

Alison

small village ?

sorry , just my dads family come from hudswell , and my mums family moved into the area early on , most of them are still there

Lot of in breading

No we went to the same playgroup then we moved to the country and I used to go for holidays with them. Hated my husband then he would not share his maccano, sorry if that is not the right spelling :D

LOL , no really i laughad out loud at that

Ladders, funny thing i'm ok with heights but just cant handle ladders, only found this out recently, bought a big set recently to fix a leaking gutter on my house, got halfway up the ladder, looked up at the gutter, suddenly pictured the ladder on the ground and me dangling from the gutter Harold Lloyd style , so gingerly made my way back down, sod that.

Only other fear is huge insects, i'm ok with UK ones (even big Bee's) but found a massive Beetle in a shipping container last year, when i say massive it was the size of my fist, with huge horns , scared the crap out of me, i scrambled out of the container and slammed the door, later found out it was an (harmless) African Dung Beetle, the poor bugger was dead anyway, found this out from the shunter who later but the box on a bay to load, i asked him what he did with it, he said he stuck it on a shelf in the canteen as an ornament

I have this other thing on motorways. Not a fear as such.

I get tempted to open the door and jump out to see if i roll like in the films! Doh!

Wasps.

Bees I'm absolutely fine with, Hornets I can cope with too (bizarrely), but the moment a Jasper gets anywhere near me and shows more than a passing interest then I turn into a flailing running mess...

I've always figured that Wasps ONLY purpose in life is to buzz around and sting people
