You probably have an expected minimum price in mind - but your just fishing to see if they are worth more. I would be keen to know too if I was in your shoes.

Maybe more or maybe less than what your expecting.

Not your fault at all but its just a bit contentious when the thread will turn out to be a for sale one eventually.

No problem with posting in chat I think but when you decide to sell - just add a for sale in the relevant section and it keeps everyone happy.

Makes sense to get an idea of what something is worth by asking in Chat.

Then put it for sale in For Sale.
