I use a pair on every one of my bikes (including a set that are well over 15 years old that are still going strong and with a wipe of a cloth look as good as new (unlike shimano's painted numbers that look shocking after one ride!)

I used to have the very first ones on my '93 Kilauea! The cleats kept on breaking so I sold them! Pedals were good though!
