What Are These Bolts?

Hi

I'm just finishing building up my 1984 Raleigh Panasonic SBDU bike & would like to add these bolts to the chain stays but I'm not sure what they'd be known as (please see attached photo).



They appear to help with rear wheel location.

Any ideas?

They are indeed wheel adjusters so when you put you wheel in it sits square in the frame

On some bikes, the drop out slot is quite long and they can also be used to adjust wheelbase and handling and also "trim" chain tension, rather than have to shorten/lengthen the chain.
