What are Oakley Frogskins like for cycling (Mtbing), really?

The new ones with violet iridium lenses are tempting me, a little ott but cool all the same.
Bottom line, do they stay on your 'ed? Not exactly ultra wrap around are they?

My old one's seemed to stay on OK (though I've got big ears) The coverage wasn't great though, mud would get flicked up under the bottom edge and the shape seemed to funnel the airflow into the corners of my eyes, makin' me cry like a baby :cry:

The big upside was you didn't look like quite such an alien when the pub stops turned up.

I wouldn't wear them for anything more than pootling round town...too much crap can get in under or round the sides, not that good at keeping the sun out either

Got a pair and love them but not for the bike...

some of my mates had them ..they fell off your head untill you got a neon neoprene ? spex strap to go on them to hold tight while you rattled allong the woodland trail ...or to the park
