Seems very dodgy to me. A Hot had a custom paint job from new, and he says the bike has done less than 200km - but he had the tasteful original paint stripped off and replaced with a very boring plain sludge green with no decals at a cost of $300. Why would anybody do that? He must be as mad as a box of frogs.
