Weld on steel disc tab, where can I buy one?

I was/am thinking about buying another frame of the disc variety.
But it occured to me that, being a welder, i could mod one of my older steel frames to suit my requirements.
Is there anybody in the UK that supplies frame building parts?
I was going to contact Bob Jackson's or another frame building company but thought it a bit cheeky

just make one i'm a welder and i shall be making one in the next week or so and fitting it to a set of old forks
