We had a customer who fitted a butt cheek number like this
A few weeks later he had a very nasty crash dropping off a kerb at low speed.

Turns out you need a nose for tricky manoeuvring.

They look like the lady saddles we used to have on omafietsen. Those took getting used to, but I never fell over. But you are sitting upright.
