Weinmann brake levers

Hello,
First time user here. I have a question about a set of black drilled Weinmann road brake levers that I found in an old tub. I've been in the biz for 30+ years but have never seen a pair of these. If anyone out there has any info on these it would really be appreciated. Are they real, home made or fake? Sorry, if the pics are terrible.
Thanks,

Weinmann did offer this model of lever in a "relieved" version

the relief pattern did not resemble your set which makes me think yours are home done

1757024149569.webp

two designs were done

the first was "big ovals" immediately above
this was current in the early to mid 1970's
purchased a new bicycle in 1974 which came with these
Weinmann left a burr all the way around each cutout so not pleasant on the fingertips

the later design is shown in the catalogue illustration of small round holes; this seemed to come in somewhere near to 1980

Thanks for the reply,
I did look at a lot of levers and cannot see a pattern that resembles these drilled levers and that kind of fooled me into thinking, home made also.

Thanks

After all the help given by the good folks here, I agree, these are not a Weinmann produced product but a home made project that someone spent a lot of time creating. Thanks for all the input folks., but I'm putting these to rest.
