keep up the good work.........been getting trimmed down myself.

this time last year i was 18st 3lb.....now down to 16st 1lb 8)

lots of stress on joints after too many years lifting heavy at the GYM and not enough cardio was my reason to slim down.

Body builder ????

yeah i done powerlifting from school, then built muscle in my early 20s onwards......went from 11st to 18st in about 5yrs of huge amounts of food :lol:

slowly started to get more aches and pians and rode less, so i ditched the 50'' chest and 19'' arms to be fitter and also to ride more, as i have really got back into my bikes this past year.

i have had to totally change my food and even sleeping habits to change my body shape aswell as lose weight.
