I want to put the Avalanche on a bit of a diet, but it has to be a low cost diet

I've changed the bar, stem and saddle, but what else would be a low-cost weight saving tweak?

I'm thinking chainset, but any other advice is good! :D

Rotating weight is best as this counts three times as much I think

I cant stretch to new wheels at the moment, so would light weight tyres and tubes have much impact do you think?

I saved 200g by swapping from the steel bead Panaracer Fire xc Pro's to the folding versions, cost £40.

I have Schwalbe No14 tubes (125g) and Schwalbe Black Jack Lights Folding (520g) that seem pretty light to me. This is honestly the first time I have ever weighed anything to do with a bike. I am NOT a weight weenie. The Bontrager came like this. The only other time I ever put a bike on the scales was to prove my expensive (at the time) Saracen Kili Flyer Comp weighed over 32lb and I could therefore join Team Lard BiTD for people who just don't care about bike weights.
