Macclesfield Forest loop tomorrow for 3-4 hours and Delamere with the missus on Sunday... probably 10 minutes!

If you add a couple of spoons of Bicarbonate of Soda to a bath it relieves the itching. It helped my 5yo son.

Not riding saturday but planing a monster road bike ride early sunday. Weather looks great for a change :D
 
Just got back in from Leeds with the wife, and she let me work on my bike in the lounge! :shock:

Put some nice red ano bits on the RTS, looks 8) Will post some pics up on Monday. Tempted to take it out to play instead of the Avalanche :?

Now just counting the hours to playtime in the morning......
 
I was up and out at 8 this morning. Nice 25 miles of fire-roads and bridleways on the Yeti. Home by 10 for breakfast and family commitments.

Out riding most of the morning, lovely day, all crisp and frosty to start with yet quite warm in the sun.
I'm cream crackered, heavy leg syndrome has set in - its a great feeling!
Just finished washing the bike down, and now waiting for dinner to be cooked 8)
Also got a few nice photos to load up in the morning.
Life is good! :D
 
hey Clunker I was up the chase sat am.
Riding the Yeti ASR though :oops: around the DH course and special events area. Great day and conditions for riding.
