Waterford Lugged MTB with custom fork

I am selling a Waterford Lugged steel MTB with custom rock shox SID fork with matching Waterford decals. The frame measure 17.5” ST c to c and a 23” TT c to c..The frame and fork are about 9 or 10 years old but are in great shape for their age. The frame has no rust, dings or dents. The only defects are paint chips, especially on the ST where the front derailleur mounts (see photos).
