Warped Cassette

Has anyone else come across a warped cassette? Just rebuilt my rear wheel and when i spin the cassette it seems to be warped. Never had one go like this and theres no marks on it from chain jam.

Does the cassette wobble as the wheel rotates? ie. hold the wheel by the axle ends and spin it up. If the cassette seems to wobble in and out it could be a bent axle.

Just spun it on its own and is still warped so axle is straight, double checked it was on straight as that was my first thought. Might split it down and lay it on something dead flat and check it.

are all the sprockets warped by the same amount in the same places?

Yeah just checked it again and there all out in the same spot. I can't see the freehub body been out but will strip the axle out and take it off and see if reseats better.
