Are you looking just for the steerer?
I think I have a set of RC-35s complete with 1" crown and steerer - wouldn't want to split them up, but can measure the steerer if a complete fork is a route you'd consider.

I’ve skimmed thread again, can offer unused - uncut NOS 1 inch thread less that I bought direct from PACE & have been keeping ‘in stock’ … £33 posted.

I'm considering all options at the moment as I want to get this build cracking & mocked up for a little riding.

Am sure the expertise on here can help you find or sort a threaded steerer. Ifyour still stuck I have an original RC35 threaded steerer from 1992 cut too short for your needs, just mention if your in need of a model for dimensions…
