Wanted - XS MTB Hardtail Frame/Bike

Looking for a really small hardtail MTB for my daughter with 26" wheels, must be disc brake compatible, will consider a whole bike/frame/bits.

I have a nirve exceed 16" frame if any good to you. Could do with a coat of paint but no dents or cracks
