Yes guys,I know the chances of any positive responses to this Wanted ad is somewhere around zero but I have to ask.
Does anyone have a WTB SST98,only the most comfortable saddle on the planet.I have money waiting for a good example or some very nice bits to trade,eg Red Chris King aheadset ,DT Swiss XXM130 forks for 26”wheels,XO 9 speed SRAM XO rear mech to mention but a few.
I hope my request for this rather elusive piece of Unicorn poo gets a response,I seriously doubt it will,but as my mum used to say “if you don’t ask ,you don’t get”

Thanks Basketcase,against all hope I was hoping for a really good one that has been owned by someone who feels it is too good to use and is prepared to let it go for an extortionate amount .But thank you anyway.

Why does my memory tell me I think I binned one of those in better condition than on the Ebay link.

Think it was from an high end Stevens MTB.

Coloured saddles with embroidery not my thing. Embossed yes is OK.

Please don't tell me I have to live with Retrobike remourse (again, for more stuff) - only just getting over the last batch.

The saddle in the Ebay link above isn't actually the '98' version in question. This had grey fabric edges and was embroidered 'SST 98'. There were several other SST models over the years
